I love to look at Easter goodies for Owen. I love to have a little basket and a few things for him to hunt for. Each year he is at a different stage. I cherish my memories from the past years and look forward to seeing how he is more grown up this Easter from the last. I love remembering his first Easter, Paul and I were so excited about hiding eggs for the first time and he didn't really know what was going on. Last year he was so excited to find eggs we just kept hiding them again and again like the never ending egg hunt. I was putsing around online for non-candy Easter treats and thought I would share a few. So far we have what we need for coloring eggs and a harmonica and natural play dough for his basket. I better collect my last things soon. Its just around the corner. What are you getting for your kids Easter baskets this year?

Baby items: our favorites
In honor of my little sister being pregnant, here are a few of our favorite neutral baby items. We loved these when Owen was a little bubba. What are some of your favorite items you had with your little ones?

Fall fashion: boys shoes
1 / 2 / 3 / 4
Owen is going to be in need of some new shoes for fall and winter soon. He wore size 4 all summer and now they are all getting too small. There are so many cute boys shoes (maybe not as many as there are cute girls shoes, but they are out there). My favorites are probably #2 and #3. What is your vote on Owen's new shoes?

4. Elbow Patch Stripped Tee
5. Blue Pom Pom Hat
6. Green Rain Boots

8. "I heart mum" Tee

10. Moccasins
I am so excited for the fall! The other day I woke up and it was dark because clouds were blocking the light from coming in the windows. It reminded me of the stormy days of fall. I am loving summer, sunshine, swimming, saltwaters, but I am looking forward to snuggling in big blankets with my boy and stomping around in rain puddles. Its probably not helping that its been 106 degrees this week. I couldn't resist looking at some cute cold weather clothes. Its not exactly the most budget friendly clothing guide (some things are a good deal!), but its fun to look at. :)
